    -Pick a cubie for their shoes, water bottle & any personal belongings

    -They sit on the line to wait for their coach

    -Your child will go through the following:

    • Dynamic warm up
    • Stretch
    • Pre-requisite drill warm up
    • Station explanations/demo
    • Station circuit
    • Stretch at end

  • What to expect as a spectator?

    Once your  child is set to wait for their coach you may drop off or observe in our spectator areas. You are always welcome to enter the gym area at any time, we just ask you do not take a seat within the gym.

  • What to expect for progressions?

    Within the circuit drills your child is aiming to gain the skills within the level of class. Once your coach has witnessed your child master the skills they will communicate the advancement to the next level class. The average student stays in a class level for a year before progressing.

  • What to expect with coaches?

    Coaches should be both hands on and verbally active during the class. Coaches are always ready to answer or clarify anything on your mind. Please ask away!
